Revolution Gear & Axle Ring & Pinion Set for Dana 80 Rear Axle (3.55 Ratio, Standard Rotation)

This Revolution Gear & Axle ring and pinion set fits the standard-rotation Dana 80 rear differential. It is a 3.55-ratio set for the heavy-duty Dana 80 used in one-ton trucks and motorhomes.

The set runs a 37-spline pinion on the large 11.25-inch Dana 80 ring gear, with 12 x 1/2" ring gear bolts and a 10-bolt cover, and installs on the 3.73/4.10 carrier. Gears are cut from 8620 steel and heat treated to OE-level specifications for strength under load.

A 3.55 ratio keeps a heavy Dana 80 truck comfortable on the highway, a good fit for trucks that are not running oversized tires or that prioritize cruising RPM and fuel economy over deep gearing.

This is a gear set only. Bearings, an install kit and any locker are not included and are sold separately; add a Revolution Dana 80 master install kit for the bearings, crush sleeve, shims, seal and hardware. Verify your carrier break (3.73/4.10) before ordering.
