Q: What is a core charge?
A core charge is a refundable deposit added to parts that are rebuilt from your old part. Send your old part back within 60 days in rebuildable condition to receive the core refund. See our Return Policy for details.
Q: Why did my package arrive with a different carrier than I chose?
Some warehouses only ship with their own carrier. We always try to use your choice but may pick a different carrier to get your order to you faster. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q: What if I can't find the part I need?
We have access to thousands of parts that aren't listed on our website. Email sales@ktperformance.net or call 1-855-587-3736, and we'll track it down.
Q: How do I return an item?
Contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back. Our Return Policy covers return windows, fees and non-returnable items.
