XDP Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor for Ford (2011-16) 6.7L Power Stroke (Fits Multiple Positions)

The XDP Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor is a direct-fit replacement for a failed EGT sensor on 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 with the 6.7L Power Stroke. It also fits the 2018-2020 F-150 with the 3.0L Power Stroke and the 2015-2019 Transit 250/350 with the 3.2L Power Stroke.

On the 6.7L Super Duty, this sensor is used before the catalyst, after the catalyst, after the DPF and after the SCR. On the F-150 3.0L, it is used before the DPF and in the DPF. On the Transit 3.2L, it is used before and after the DPF. The sensor is made with metal and ceramic materials, 100% tested, and replaces OE numbers CK4Z12B591B, AC3Z12B591A, JL3Z12B591B and AC3Z5J213A.

EGT sensor failures are one of the most common emissions faults on these trucks. A dead sensor sets codes, can stop a regen from completing, and can put the truck into reduced power. For a work truck or a van in daily service, that is downtime you do not need.

Sold individually. Read the codes to find the failed position before ordering. Soak the old sensor with penetrant before removal, since heat cycling tends to seize them in the bung. Route the lead clear of hot exhaust parts and clear codes after the repair.
