Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Chevy/GMC (2007-19) Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD (Excludes Single Cab)

Kleinn's onboard air system with Model 730 Demon train horns is a bolt-on kit for 2007-19 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks, gas or diesel, with single cab models excluded. Laser-cut, powder-coated brackets bolt to factory mounting points under the truck, so there's no drilling, cutting or welding.

The kit includes stainless steel Model 730 Demon triple horns, Kleinn's waterproof 6450RC compressor (100% duty cycle), a 3-gallon anti-corrosion steel tank, 1/2" Max-Flow airline, pressure switch, relay, wiring, loom, horn button, fittings and thread sealant. For tire work there's a 24' high-pressure hose with quick connects, a glow-in-the-dark inflator gauge with clip-on chuck and pressure release, a coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, and a canvas bag.

On a 3/4 or 1-ton that pulls a fifth wheel or gooseneck, onboard air earns its keep. Top off trailer tires at the fuel stop, run a blow gun around the shop, and air up tires to 39" after a day off-road. The spare is retained and nothing goes in the bed.

Not for single cab trucks. Not compatible with chassis cab trucks fitted with service boxes or flatbeds, or with trucks whose OEM tow hook mounting holes are blocked by a snow plow, PTO hydraulics, aftermarket bumper, grille guard or winch. Front-mounted tow hitches, hidden or behind-bumper winches, and skid plates or body kits that sit behind the OE bumper also conflict. On 2011-19 trucks the passenger-side bed corner brace has to be removed. Kleinn lists AMP Research steps and body- or frame-mounted running boards as compatible.

If you want a louder blast later, the Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade kit is built for 730 systems. Coverage is a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn.
