Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Chevy/GMC (2020-25) Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD

This Kleinn onboard air system with Model 730 Demon train horns fits the 2020-25 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD, 2WD or 4WD, with the 6.6L gas V8 or 6.6L Duramax diesel. Kleinn's guide covers Work Truck, Custom, LT, LTZ and High Country on the Chevy side and Pro, SLE, SLT, AT4 and Denali on the GMC side.

The air system runs on Kleinn's waterproof 6450RC compressor (100% duty cycle), which the install guide describes as a 150 PSI kit with a 2151 pressure switch (on at 110 PSI, off at 145 PSI). Air is stored in a 2.6-gallon inner-coated steel tank and fed to the stainless steel Model 730 Demon triple horns through 1/2" Max-Flow airline. Kleinn's INF-1 tire inflation kit (24' quick-connect hose, luminous gauge, clip-on chuck), a coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, a canvas bag, relay, wiring, loom, horn button, fittings and thread sealant are all included.

Everything mounts on the outside of the frame rails: the compressor on the passenger side, the tank on the driver side, and the center horn between the fuel tank and exhaust. The spare tire is retained. For a late-model HD that tows heavy, that means trailer tires get checked and filled on the spot, and the truck itself can air down for the ranch road and back up for the highway.

Kleinn's install guide lists Crew Cab trucks with the standard or long bed; call us before ordering for a Regular or Double Cab. Not designed for aftermarket running boards that use four frame-rail mounts, and the Carhartt Edition, Z71 Sport Edition and Midnight Edition are not compatible because their running board mounts interfere with the tank. Trucks with AMP Research PowerSteps need the tank set further back (Kleinn service bulletin SB-001). If a computer module blocks the compressor bracket, a module relocation bracket is needed.

The Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade kit is built for 730 systems if you want more volume down the road. Coverage is a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn.
