Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Dodge/Ram (2009-18) 1500

The Kleinn onboard air system with Model 730 Demon train horns is a direct-fit kit for the 2009-18 Ram 1500 (Dodge Ram 1500 in 2009). Kleinn's install manual covers 2WD and 4WD trucks with all engines, body styles and trims, and the chassis-specific brackets bolt to factory mounting points under the truck.

In the box: stainless steel Model 730 Demon triple horns, Kleinn's 6450RC waterproof compressor (100% duty cycle), an anti-corrosion inner-coated steel air tank, 1/2" Max-Flow airline, pressure switch, relay and complete wiring, horn button, fittings and thread sealant. The air side adds Kleinn's INF-1 tire inflation kit (24' kink-resistant hose with quick connects, luminescent gauge, clip-on chuck and pressure release), a coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, and a canvas storage bag.

With everything mounted underneath, the bed stays open and the spare stays where Ram put it. It suits a half-ton that tows on weekends and sees some dirt: air down for the trail, air back up before the highway, keep the boat trailer tires topped off, or run small air tools, with a seriously loud set of horns on the same system.

Not designed to work with any OEM or aftermarket winch installed behind the front bumper. Kleinn notes that some trucks may need small holes drilled for ground wires and switches. The kit was tested with AMP Research Power Steps and the factory standard and optional steps. Follow the Kleinn install manual for bracket placement and wiring.

If you want more out of the horns down the road, the Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade kit is made for 730 systems. Coverage is a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn.
