Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ford (2009-14) F-150/SVT Raptor

The Kleinn Model 730 train horn and onboard air system fits the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 and the first-generation SVT Raptor. It mounts under the truck using brackets designed for this chassis and bolts to factory mounting points.

The 6450RC compressor is rated at 200 PSI with a 100% duty cycle and is submersible. It feeds an inner-coated steel tank, which supplies the stainless Model 730 Demon triple horns through 1/2" Max-Flow airline. Kleinn includes the INF-1 tire inflator with glow-in-the-dark gauge, a 24' heavy-duty hose with quick-connect couplers, a storage bag, the 1302 coupler relocation kit, a pressure switch for automatic compressor control, relay and wiring with loom, a horn button, fittings, hardware and thread sealant.

For an SVT Raptor or a lifted F-150 that sees dirt, this setup means airing down without worrying about the drive home. Bigger tires up to 39" are within what Kleinn rates the inflation kit for.

Bolt-on with no drilling, cutting or welding, and the spare tire is retained. Kleinn lists no cab, bed or engine exclusions for this generation.

Covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn for 734 kits. The 6890 Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade fits 734 systems. The Model 230 version of this kit is the lower-cost option with a 150 PSI compressor.
