Once you place your order, we will send you a form to finish filling out and for you to include in the shipment with your IDM. The form will have the shipping address as well as the order information so we know who the IDM belongs to.

If nothing is found to be wrong with your IDM during testing, the charge is $100 and we will refund the difference back to you. Many people do this as a way to see if the IDM is bad or if they have another issue going on with the truck.
