Description
This is a PPE replacement valve cover for the GM 6.6L Duramax, 2004.5–2010, covering the LLY, LBZ, and LMM Silverado and Sierra 2500/3500 trucks. It swaps in for the factory cover with a stronger, better-looking piece.
The cover carries PPE’s raised pillar design for added rigidity and a distinctive profile, and ships in a raw finish. That raw surface lets you leave it bare or finish it however you like – polish, powder coat, or paint to match your build.
It’s a favorite for owners dressing up the engine bay or refreshing a high-mileage truck that’s due for new covers. The pillar styling gives a clean, purposeful look under the hood.
Note this is sold as a single valve cover, so order two if you plan to do both sides. Installation follows standard Duramax valve-cover service; reuse or replace gaskets as needed. Fitment is 2004.5–2010 6.6L Duramax only.
