This XDP HD Grid Heater Relay Fusible Link Wire is a replacement for 1994-2002 Dodge 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins trucks that run dual grid heater relays with different-length wiring.

It replaces the battery-to-relay grid heater wire with heavy-duty 8-gauge wire and an integrated fuse link for protection. It is designed to match factory routing and function, and it cross references to 4467.

Every cold start sends heavy current through this wire, and on a 20-plus-year-old truck the original is often corroded, heat damaged or overheated at the link.
