Revolution Gear & Axle Master Install Kit for Ford 10.25" & 10.5" Rear Axle (with Aftermarket 10.25" Gear)

This Revolution Gear & Axle master install kit overhauls Ford 10.25-inch and 10.5-inch rear axles when running a Revolution 10.25 ring and pinion. It fits 1993–99 10.25 housings and 1999–2007 10.5 housings set up with the aftermarket F10.25 gear.

The kit includes Timken pinion and carrier bearings plus a crush sleeve, pinion and carrier shims, a pinion seal, ring gear bolts and cover gasket/silicone – the full bill of material for a proper gear setup on these big Ford rears.

It is aimed at heavy-half and three-quarter-ton Ford owners re-gearing for towing or larger tires. With your 10.25 gears chosen, this kit provides the bearings and shims to set pinion depth, backlash and preload correctly.

This kit does not include the ring and pinion gears, which are sold separately, and it does not include axle bearings or axle seals. Note that 2008–10 10.5-inch housings require a spacer (Revolution part SK F10.5-Conv, sold separately) to complete the install.
