This ATS Stage 3 6R140 transmission package is a complete, matched drivetrain upgrade for 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke 4WD. Everything in the package is built by ATS to work together, so you are not mixing a built transmission with a stock converter or controller. It is built for high-horsepower and competition trucks that put far more load through the drivetrain than stock parts are designed for.
