PPE Engine Mount Kit (Pair) for Chevy/GMC (2001-07) 8.1L Gas Trucks & SUVs

This is a pair of PPE performance engine mounts for the 2001–2007 Chevy/GMC 8.1L gas trucks and SUVs, including the Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Avalanche, and Yukon. They replace the soft factory rubber mounts that let the engine rock and shift.

The mounts use a 70-durometer red polyurethane that’s noticeably firmer than stock, controlling engine movement while staying streetable. The kit includes both mounts as a matched pair and installs in the factory mount locations.

If you tow, run power adders, or just want a tighter-feeling drivetrain, firmer mounts keep the engine from rocking under load, which reduces driveline flex and wheel hop. Worn or collapsed factory mounts also show up as clunks and excess movement – this pair fixes both.

Expect a small increase in transmitted vibration compared to soft rubber, which is normal for a performance urethane mount. It’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
