Be sure to include a note with a description of what is wrong with your FICM (why you are sending it in, ie: issues with coils or injectors, Issues with IAC, or No Start). Also include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation so we know who the FICM belongs to.
If nothing is found to be wrong with your FICM during testing, the charge is $150 and we will refund the difference back to you. Many people do this as a way to see if the FICM is bad or if they have another issue going on with the truck.
