ATS Billet Output Shaft for Dodge (2003-07) 5.9L Cummins, 48-RE, 4WD

The ATS Billet Output Shaft for 2003-2018 Dodge/Ram 5.9L Cummins is an ATS Diesel Performance upgrade for trucks that see added power, heat, or heavy towing. ATS designs its parts around the failures it sees in its own transmission and engine work, so each upgrade targets a known weak point.

Transmission shafts carry engine torque through the gear train. Factory shafts are designed around stock power, and on a modified truck they can twist or snap, usually at the splines, under hard pulls or launches.
