Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ford (2017-25) F-250/F-350/F-450 (Spare Tire Location)

This version of Kleinn's Super Duty train horn and onboard air system puts the horns in the spare tire location instead of along the frame. It's built for the 2017-2025 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450, all trims.

Power comes from the 6450RC compressor, rated at 200 PSI with a 100% duty cycle and a submersible build. It fills an inner-coated steel tank that feeds the Model 730 Demon triple horns through 1/2" Max-Flow airline, and Kleinn rates the system at 157.8 dB. The horns fire through a VX6003 solenoid valve. The kit ships with powder-coated steel mounting brackets and hardware, the INF-1 tire inflation kit, a 24' heavy-duty hose with quick-connect couplers, a storage bag, the 1302 coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, a pressure switch, relay and wiring with loom, a horn button, fittings and thread sealant.

This layout makes sense if you'd rather have the horns in the spare tire location than along the frame. You still get a full onboard air system, with the inflation kit rated for tires up to 39", plus air for trailers and small tools.

Horns install in the spare tire location under the truck. Contact us before ordering to confirm how the spare tire is handled on your truck. Brackets are a bolt-on design with no drilling, cutting or welding. Kleinn provides separate installation guides for the horns and for the tank and compressor.

Covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn for 734 kits. The 6890 Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade fits 734 systems.
