Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ford (2023-25) F-250/F-350/F-450

The Kleinn Model 730 train horn and onboard air system is a bolt-on kit built for the 2023-2025 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty. It puts Kleinn's 6450RC compressor, an air tank and a set of Demon triple train horns under the truck using brackets made specifically for this chassis.

At the center of the kit is Kleinn's 6450RC compressor: rated to 200 PSI, 100% duty cycle and submersible. It fills an inner-coated steel tank that feeds the stainless Model 730 horns through 1/2" Max-Flow airline. In the box you also get the INF-1 tire inflation kit (glow-in-the-dark gauge, clip-on chuck and pressure release), a 24' heavy-duty air hose with quick-connect couplers, a canvas storage bag, the 1302 coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, a pressure switch for automatic compressor control, a relay and wiring harness with loom, a horn button, fittings, mounting hardware and thread sealant.

This is the kit for a Super Duty that tows, works and plays. You get the horns, plus real air for topping off trailer tires, airing back up after the sand or trail, running small air tools, or feeding lockers and air suspension. Everything tucks up under the truck, so the bed stays open.

Brackets bolt to factory mounting points with no drilling, cutting or welding, and the OEM spare tire is retained. Kleinn does not list cab, bed or engine exclusions for this kit.

Covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn for its 734 Demon kits. If you want more volume later, the 6890 Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade is built for 734 systems. Prefer a lower buy-in? The Model 230 version of this kit runs a 150 PSI compressor and ABS horns.
