Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ford (2017-22) F-250/F-350/F-450

Built for the 2017-2022 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty, this Kleinn train horn and onboard air system bolts under the truck with chassis-specific brackets. It combines the Model 730 Demon triple train horn with a full onboard air system built around the 6450RC compressor.

Kleinn's 6450RC compressor is the heart of it, rated at 200 PSI with a 100% duty cycle and a submersible, waterproof build. Air is stored in an inner-coated steel tank and sent to the stainless 730 horns through 1/2" Max-Flow line. The kit includes the INF-1 tire inflator with a glow-in-the-dark gauge, a 24' heavy-duty hose with quick-connect couplers, a storage bag, the 1302 coupler relocation kit, a pressure switch, relay and wiring with loom, a horn button, fittings, airline, hardware and thread sealant.

For a Super Duty on 37s or 39s, or one that spends its weekends pulling a camper, the air side of this kit gets as much use as the horns. Air down for the trail, air back up at the trailhead, and keep trailer tires right where they should be.

Bolt-on install using factory mounting points, no drilling, cutting or welding. The spare tire is retained. No cab, bed or engine exclusions are listed by Kleinn.

Covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn for 734 kits. The 6890 Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade is designed for 734 systems when you want more out of the horns.
