Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ford (2017-25) F-150 Raptor (SuperCrew, incl. Raptor R)

Kleinn's Model 730 train horn and onboard air system is a direct-fit kit for the 2017-2025 Ford F-150 Raptor and Raptor R in SuperCrew form. Brackets are made for the Raptor chassis and bolt to factory mounting points, keeping everything tucked under the truck.

Kleinn pairs its 6450RC compressor (rated to 200 PSI, 100% duty cycle, submersible) with an inner-coated steel tank and the stainless Model 730 Demon triple horns, rated by Kleinn at 157.8 dB, all plumbed with 1/2" Max-Flow airline. The kit also includes the INF-1 tire inflator with a glow-in-the-dark gauge, a 24' heavy-duty hose with quick-connect couplers, a storage bag, the 1302 coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, a pressure switch, relay and wiring with loom, a horn button, fittings, hardware and thread sealant.

Raptors spend a lot of time aired down in the dirt and sand. With the 6450RC compressor on board you can air back up to street pressure before you hit pavement, and the 730s are there for everything else.

Fits SuperCrew Raptor and Raptor R only. Compatible with AMP Research power steps; excludes AMP-XL and OEM power steps. No drilling, cutting or welding. Kleinn's installation guide is linked below.

Covered by a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn for 734 kits. The 6890 Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade is designed for 734 systems.
