PPE Rear Differential Cover Kit (Brushed) for Ford (1994-26) F-150/Expedition 9.75"

The PPE Rear Differential Cover Kit is a cast-aluminum upgrade for the Ford 9.75" rear axle in F-150 and Expedition models, 1994–2026, in a brushed finish. It replaces the thin factory stamped-steel cover with a rigid, heat-shedding casting.

The kit includes the cover and the mounting hardware. The thick cast body adds fluid capacity and surface area, which helps the gear oil run cooler, while the rigidity keeps the housing from flexing and protects the ring and pinion.
