PPE Rear Differential Cover Kit (Raw) for Ford (1994-26) F-150 9.75"

This PPE rear differential cover kit fits the Ford 9.75" rear axle in F-150 trucks and SUVs, 1994–2026. It replaces the thin stamped factory cover with a heavy cast unit for better protection and thermal performance.

The casting adds gear-oil capacity and surface area to help pull heat out of the differential, and its rigidity reduces case flex around the bearing caps. It ships in a raw finish, so you can run it bare or finish it however you like. The kit includes the cover and mounting hardware.

It is a worthwhile upgrade for trucks that tow, haul, or see off-road abuse, where extra oil volume and cooling directly translate to longer gear and bearing life. It also adds a measure of impact protection over the factory cover.

Installation follows a standard diff-cover R&R with fresh gear oil. Confirm your rear axle is the 9.75" before ordering. Covered by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
