Revolution Gear & Axle Master Install Kit for Dana 44 Rear Axle (Most 2003 & Older Models)

This is a Dana 44 master install kit from Revolution Gear & Axle that supplies everything needed to overhaul the differential when setting up a ring and pinion. It fits most 2003-and-older Dana 44 rear differentials.

The kit uses Timken bearings and includes both pinion and carrier bearings, plus a crush sleeve, pinion and carrier shims, a pinion seal, ring gear bolts and cover gasket/silicone – the full bill of material for a proper gear setup.

It is the correct companion to a new Dana 44 ring and pinion. Once you have selected your gears, this kit gives you the bearings and shims to set pinion depth, backlash and preload for quiet, reliable operation.

This kit does not include the ring and pinion gears, which are sold separately, and it does not include axle bearings or axle seals. Because older Dana 44 rears vary, confirm your specific axle before ordering.
