SPE Motorsport Upper Oil Pan Gasket for Ford (2015-19) F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 6.7L Power Stroke

Instead of relying on RTV, this kit uses a bonded nitrile rubber gasket mounted to a rigid aluminum carrier. This design keeps the sealing surface properly located while preventing the gasket from over-crushing during installation. The aluminum framework acts as a crush limiter and gasket retainer, ensuring consistent sealing pressure across the entire pan.

Because the gasket is retained within the aluminum frame, it stays perfectly aligned during installation and cannot shift like traditional long molded gaskets. The result is a more reliable seal and a much cleaner installation process.

The kit also includes all required transfer port gaskets for the oil pressure and suction passages that run through the upper pan, along with alignment dowels that hold the gasket in position and assist with installation.

By eliminating the need to run RTV around the entire pan, installation is significantly cleaner and easier — especially when working under the truck. Only small dabs of RTV are required at the front and rear cover corners, just like most modern gasketed oil pan designs.
