Description
MODEL AND VARIATIONS:
There are three (3) variations of the Ford 7.3L front cover casting with different reservoir seals.
DO NOT use a gasket that was not originally designed for your cover. These are not cross compatible.
• 1994 - 1995 (Engine serial number 0201680 and BEFORE)
Half gasket style; requires additional RTV sealant.
Cross reference: F4TZ-6619-A
• 1996 - Mid 1999 (Engine serial number 0201681 to 1039779)
Cross reference: F6TZ-6619-AA
• 1999.5 - 2003 (Engine serial number 1039780 to CURRENT)
With filter screen; DO NOT USE* ON ENGINES BEFORE 1039780.
Cross reference: YC3Z-6619-BA
*Using this gasket for reservoirs not meant to use it will result in severe damage to the cover.
