This is a heavy-duty, bolt-on replacement HPOP that benefits all setups - even stock trucks with stock programming will see and feel a difference.

The Adrenaline has been on the market for nearly 15 years and is tried and true by the 7.3L community. Our units are upgraded with custom internals and design changes to get the most out of a single housing pump while improving reliability over the stock unit.
Every Adrenaline leaves tested to the same flow rate specifications prior to shipment - NO UNIT LEAVES UNTESTED.
All year Adrenaline HPOPs including the 94-95 are built to be able to use the 1996-2003 Injector Pressure Regulator.
DIESELSITE does everything we can to quality control the integrity of cores and core housings received, however, there are some designs on the original cast housing prone to failure that are unavoidable.
Our billet housing addresses all of those concerns - including thread strengths & common leak locations - to offer a more robust and modern heart for your motor. Customers not just looking for the best, but also the best looking, should choose this option.
Included for installation with every 7.3L Adrenaline HPOP:
• 2x O-Rings for the Outlet Fittings
• 3x O-Rings for the IPR
• Mounting Gasket
DO NOT REINSTALL THE FACTORY CHECK SPRINGS LOCATED BEHIND THE OUTLET FITTINGS.
These springs are not compatible with the Adrenaline high pressure oil pump and installing them risks issues in troubleshooting and potential warranty coverage.
ANTI-DRAINBACK MODEL:
Please check your engine serial number to see if the anti-drainback feature is required on your pump.

• 1996-2003 7.3L: 201681 and after

• AA Code Single Shot (94 to 97 7.3L) --- stock to 175cc
• AB Code Split Shot (Early 99 to Cali 97 7.3L) --- stock to 175cc
• AD Code Split Shot (99.5 to 03 7.3L) --- stock to 175cc
• AC Code Single Shot (T444E & 7.3L Aftermarket) --- stock to 200cc
• AD Hybrids (7.3L Aftermarket) --- up to 285cc
