ATS Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit for Chevy/GMC (2001-04) 6.6L Duramax (no EGR)

The ATS Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit replaces the factory exhaust manifold on 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax with an ATS design built to move more exhaust and hold up to high heat. Better exhaust flow lowers EGTs and helps the turbo spool, and a stronger manifold ends the cracking and leaking common with factory manifolds.

The exhaust manifold routes exhaust from the head to the turbo. Factory cast manifolds warp and crack from repeated heat cycles, which causes leaks, lost boost, and higher EGTs.

ATS Diesel Performance has built diesel transmissions and performance parts since 1993. ATS designs, engineers, and manufactures most of its products in-house at its Arvada, Colorado facility, and tests them at altitude on the same long grades its customers tow on.
