Description
This ATS Stage 1 48RE transmission package is a complete, matched drivetrain upgrade for 2004-2007 Dodge/Ram Cummins 4WD. Everything in the package is built by ATS to work together, so you are not mixing a built transmission with a stock converter or controller. It is set up for heavy towing, where heat and sustained load are what kill a stock transmission.
ATS Diesel Performance has built diesel transmissions and performance parts since 1993. ATS designs, engineers, and manufactures most of its products in-house at its Arvada, Colorado facility, and tests them at altitude on the same long grades its customers tow on.
