AVP Camshaft/Timing Front Cover Complete Kit for Ford (2003-07) 6.0L Power Stroke 4x4 F-Series (100mm Water Pump)

The AVP Complete Engine Front Cover Kit provides a coordinated replacement package for 2003-2007 Ford F-Series 4x4 trucks equipped with the 6.0L Power Stroke. All components are brand new, making this kit a practical option for front cover repairs, low-pressure oil pump replacement, or engine rebuilds.

Each kit includes the engine front cover, cover gasket, low-pressure oil pump (LPOP), oil pump gear cover, oil pressure relief valve, 100mm water pump, upper and lower radiator hoses, and installation hardware. The supplied AVP radiator hoses are Kevlar reinforced.

This kit also upgrades earlier trucks originally equipped with a 90mm water pump to the 100mm water pump configuration. Because the water pump must match the front cover, the conversion uses the supplied cover and 100mm pump together. The included lower radiator hose accommodates the updated cover's coolant outlet arrangement, while the upper radiator hose completes the radiator hose replacement.
