Description
This is a 180-degree mandrel-bent tube in 4.0" OD with a 6.0" centerline radius, made from 16-gauge (0.060") 304 stainless steel. The mandrel process keeps the full diameter through the bend so a large exhaust flows freely.
304 stainless resists corrosion and handles exhaust heat, making it ideal for a big-bore turbo-back or performance exhaust build. It’s a universal fabrication piece.
A 180-degree bend can be run as a full U or cut into shorter-angle sections, so one piece serves several joints in a build. Trim to your angles and weld it into a 4.0" run.
It’s a core building block for large stainless exhaust systems, and it’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
