Description
This is a PPE 180-degree aluminum mandrel bend in 3.0" outside diameter with a 5.0" centerline radius, made from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum. The U-shaped bend lets you cut several angles from a single tube.
Because it is mandrel-bent, the tube holds its full diameter through the curve with no crush or flat spots, keeping airflow clean. A 180-degree piece can be cut into two 90s or any lesser angle, so it is efficient for a build with several turns.
It is aimed at fabricators building custom 3.0" intake or intercooler plumbing who want the flexibility of a long bend. The 12-gauge wall is ready to cut and weld into your layout. It is backed by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
