Description
This is a 180-degree mandrel-bent aluminum tube in 4.0" OD with a 6.0" centerline radius. Mandrel bending keeps the full diameter through the bend, so large-diameter charge-air plumbing flows without a restriction.
It’s made from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum, light but rigid for high-flow builds. It’s a universal fabrication piece.
A 180-degree bend is versatile – you can run it as a full U or cut it into two or more shorter-angle bends, which stretches one piece across several joints in a build. Trim to length and join into a 4.0" run with couplers and clamps, or weld it to adjoining tubes.
