Description
This is a PPE 90-degree 304 stainless mandrel bend, 4.0" OD with a 6.0" centerline radius, in 16-gauge (0.060") wall. It’s a building block for large-diameter, high-flow custom exhaust.
Mandrel bending keeps the big 4.0" tube at full diameter through the curve so exhaust flow stays smooth, with no crushed section to choke it. The 304 stainless resists corrosion and stands up to exhaust heat far better than mild steel, so the system lasts.
Fitment is universal for 4.0" work, aimed at high-flow custom exhaust and turbo downpipe fabrication on built diesels. Big stainless mandrel bends are what serious exhaust work is made from.
Weld the bend into your run and confirm the OD and radius suit your project before ordering. The bend carries PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
