Description
This is a PPE 90-degree aluminum mandrel bend in 2.25" outside diameter with a 3.5" centerline radius, made from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum. It is a building block for custom intake and charge-air plumbing.
Because it is mandrel-bent, the tube keeps its full diameter through the curve with no crushing or flat spots, so airflow stays clean. The 12-gauge wall is sturdy enough to cut and weld into a fabricated run.
It is aimed at fabricators piecing together a custom 2.25" intake or intercooler path who need a smooth 90-degree turn. Trim the legs to length and weld it into your layout. It is backed by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
