PPE 90-Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend 2.75" OD (Universal)

This is a 90-degree mandrel-bent aluminum tube in 2.75" OD with a 4.5" centerline radius. The mandrel process keeps the tube’s full diameter through the bend, so airflow isn’t choked by a crushed or kinked section.

It’s made from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum, a light but rigid material for building charge-air and intake plumbing. It’s a universal fabrication piece.

A 90-degree bend is what you reach for to make a sharp turn around the engine, radiator, or frame while keeping flow clean. Trim to length and join it into a 2.75" run with couplers and clamps, or weld it to adjoining aluminum tubes.
