Description
This is a PPE 90-degree stainless mandrel bend measuring 2.75" OD with a 4.5" centerline radius, formed from 16-gauge (0.060") 304 stainless steel. It’s a right-angle section for building custom exhaust and hot-side plumbing.
The mandrel-bent shape holds a consistent, full diameter through the bend for smooth flow, and 304 stainless takes exhaust heat while resisting rust and corrosion much better than mild steel. The 90-degree bend covers full right-angle turns.
It’s a fabrication building block for custom exhaust, downpipes and turbo hot-side plumbing at 2.75". Cut it to length and weld it into your run wherever you need a right-angle transition.
The 16-gauge 304 material welds well and holds up to heat cycling. Deburr the cuts and weld clean for leak-free joints. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
