Description
This is a PPE 90-degree stainless mandrel bend measuring 4.5" OD with a 5.35" centerline radius, formed from 16-gauge (0.060") 304 stainless steel. It’s a large right-angle section for building custom exhaust plumbing.
The mandrel-bent shape holds a consistent, full diameter through the bend for smooth flow – important on a large 4.5" system where you don’t want to give up any area at a turn. The 304 stainless construction takes exhaust heat and resists rust and corrosion.
It’s a fabrication building block for big custom exhaust systems and downpipe-back plumbing at 4.5". Cut it to length and weld it into your run wherever you need a right-angle transition.
The 16-gauge 304 material welds well and holds up to heat cycling. Deburr the cuts and weld clean for leak-free joints. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
