Description
This is a 180-degree mandrel-bent tube in 2.50" OD with a 4.0" centerline radius, made from 16-gauge (0.060") 304 stainless steel. The mandrel process keeps the full diameter through the bend for clean flow.
304 stainless resists corrosion and handles exhaust heat, which makes this the right material for building or repairing an exhaust system. It’s a universal fabrication piece.
A 180-degree bend can be run as a full U or cut into two or more shorter-angle bends, so one piece covers several joints. Trim it to your angles and weld it into a 2.50" run.
It’s a standard building block for custom stainless exhaust work, and it’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
