Description
This is a PPE 90-degree 304 stainless mandrel bend, 2.5" OD with a 4.0" centerline radius, in 16-gauge (0.060") wall. It’s a building block for durable, smooth-flowing custom exhaust.
Mandrel bending keeps the tube at full diameter through the curve, so exhaust flow isn’t restricted by a crushed section. The 304 stainless construction resists corrosion and stands up to exhaust heat far better than mild steel, which is why it’s the material of choice for exhaust that lasts.
Fitment is universal for 2.5" work, making it a fabrication staple for custom exhaust systems and other stainless tubing projects. The 90-degree shape lets you route around corners cleanly.
