PPE 90-Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend, 4.0" OD, 12-Gauge (Universal)

This is a PPE 90-degree aluminum mandrel bend, 4.0" OD with a 6.0" centerline radius, in 12-gauge (0.080") wall. It’s a building block for smooth, high-flow custom plumbing.

Mandrel bending keeps the big 4.0" tube at full diameter through the curve, so airflow isn’t choked by a crushed section. The 12-gauge aluminum is light yet strong, and the 90-degree shape lets you turn large intake or charge-air piping around a corner – or cut it down into smaller bends.

Fitment is universal for 4.0" work, aimed at high-flow intake tracts and intercooler plumbing on built diesels. Fabricators building for airflow rely on clean large-diameter mandrel bends.
