Description
This is a PPE 180-degree aluminum mandrel bend measuring 2.0" OD with a 3.0" centerline radius, formed from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum. It’s a U-shaped section for custom intake and charge-air plumbing.
Because it’s mandrel-bent, the tube keeps a consistent, full diameter all the way through the bend rather than crushing down like a press bend – that means smoother airflow and no restriction at the turn. The 180-degree shape lets you route plumbing back on itself in tight spaces.
It’s a fabrication building block for custom intakes, intercooler piping and turbo plumbing at 2.0". Cut it to the lengths you need and weld it into your run.
The 12-gauge aluminum is light yet solid enough for pressurized charge-air use. Deburr your cuts and weld clean for leak-free joints. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
