PPE Standard V-Band Set - 3.0", Stainless Flanges, 8-Piece (Universal)

This is a PPE standard V-band set in 3.0", supplied as an 8-piece set – two clamps, three male flanges and three female flanges (2C 3M 3F) – with 304 stainless flanges. It gives a fabricator the hardware to build several 3.0" joints from one kit.

Unlike the quick-release version, this uses a standard V-band clamp for a strong, bolt-tightened seal. The stainless flanges handle exhaust-gas heat and resist corrosion, which suits turbo plumbing, downpipes and exhaust sections.

At 3.0", it’s a popular size on diesel builds, and the multi-piece count is handy when a project needs several joints. The flanges weld to your tubing and the clamp draws them together into a self-aligning, leak-resistant connection.

Weld the flanges clean and square before clamping, and confirm each clamp seats fully around both flange faces before final tightening.
