Description
This is a PPE 5-ply silicone reducer measuring 4.0" to 3.0" inside diameter by 5" long with a 6mm wall. It transitions a 4.0" tube down to 3.0" in charge-air or intake plumbing.
The five-ply construction and thick 6mm wall are made to resist ballooning and blow-off under boost while taking underhood heat. It is a universal reducer for stepping between tube sizes on a custom build.
It is aimed at fabricators who need to change tube diameter in an intercooler or intake path and want a dependable connection. Clamps are not included – add the correct size at each end for a sealed joint. It is backed by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
