Description
This is a PPE 5-ply silicone reducer measuring 5.5" to 5.0" inside diameter by 3" long with a 6mm wall. It transitions a 5.5" tube down to 5.0" in large charge-air or intake plumbing.
The five-ply construction and thick 6mm wall are built to resist ballooning and blow-off under boost while handling underhood heat at big pipe sizes. It is a universal reducer for stepping between large tube diameters.
It is aimed at builders working with large-diameter intake or charge plumbing who need to change tube size with a reliable connection. Clamps are not included – add the correct size at each end. It is backed by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
