Description

This is the heater core inlet hose for the GM 6.6L Duramax 2001–2004 LB7, running from the EGR side of the engine to the cab heater core. It replaces the original hose that carries hot coolant into the heater box.

Factory rubber hoses this age tend to swell, soften or crack, which chokes flow to the heater core and can leak coolant. This is a molded replacement shaped to follow the factory routing and clear surrounding components without pinching.

If your LB7 is blowing lukewarm air, losing coolant, or you’ve found a weeping hose back by the firewall, this restores a proper sealed path to the heater core. It’s an inexpensive part that prevents an inconvenient roadside coolant loss.

It installs in the OEM location with standard hose clamps. Refill and burp the cooling system after the swap, and check for leaks once the engine is up to temperature. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
