PPE Turbo Oil Return Pipe for Chevy/GMC (2001-04) 6.6L Duramax LB7

PPE’s Oil Return Pipe is the drain line that carries oil from the OEM turbocharger back to the crankcase on the GM 6.6L Duramax 2001–2004 LB7, fitting Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 trucks. It replaces the factory return pipe, which is a common source of oil leaks as it ages.

The pipe is built from 304 stainless steel, so it stands up to underhood heat and corrosion far better than the original. It uses the factory mounting points and sealing surfaces, making it a straightforward like-for-like replacement.

If your LB7 is weeping oil around the turbo drain, or the old pipe is cracked or distorted, this restores a clean, leak-free return path. Keeping the turbo draining properly also protects the center-section seals from pressurizing and leaking.

The easiest time to install it is when the turbo is already out for a rebuild, a clean-up, or an upgrade – you’re right there at the drain. Reuse fresh gaskets and torque the fasteners to spec for a clean seal.
