Revolution Gear & Axle Master Install Kit for Jeep (2007-18) Wrangler JK Non-Rubicon, Dana 44 Rear Axle (Koyo)

This Revolution Gear & Axle master install kit overhauls the Dana 44 rear differential on the 2007–18 Jeep Wrangler JK non-Rubicon. It is matched to the non-Rubicon rear Dana 44 and uses Koyo bearings.

The kit includes Koyo pinion and carrier bearings plus a crush sleeve, pinion and carrier shims, a pinion seal, ring gear bolts and cover gasket/silicone – the complete bill of material for setting up a ring and pinion.

It is the kit to use when re-gearing a non-Rubicon JK rear. With your gears selected, this kit supplies the bearings and shims to set pinion depth, backlash and preload for quiet, long-lasting operation, and is a value alternative to the Timken-equipped version.
