This is the Revolution Gear & Axle ring and pinion set for the front Dana 30 reverse rotation axle in 2007–18 Jeep Wrangler JK and 2018–26 JL non-Rubicon models, in a 4.10 ratio. It is a direct regear for the high-pinion front Dana 30 in these Wranglers.

The set is cut from 8620 alloy steel and heat treated to meet or exceed OE standards. It uses the Dana 30 26-spline front pinion with a 7.2-inch ring gear and a reverse rotation cut. The carrier break sits at 3.55/3.73, so confirm your carrier suits the 4.10 ratio before ordering.

A 4.10 is a mild, popular regear for non-Rubicon JK and JL owners running around 33-inch tires who want to recover throttle response and cruising manners without going as deep as a 4.88. As always, regear the front and rear to the same ratio.

This is a gear set only. It does not include bearings, a crush sleeve, shims, or a pinion seal, and it does not include a carrier. If your factory carrier falls on the wrong side of the 3.55/3.73 break for 4.10, plan on a carrier as well.

Pair it with a Revolution Gear master install kit for the JK/JL Dana 30 front for the bearings and setup hardware, and have an experienced installer set the pattern and preload. Gears carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
