Revolution Gear & Axle Master Install Kit for Jeep (2007-18) Wrangler JK Rubicon, Dana 44 Rear Axle

This Revolution Gear & Axle master install kit overhauls the Dana 44 rear differential on the 2007–18 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon. It is matched specifically to the Rubicon rear axle for a correct-fit gear setup.

The kit includes Timken pinion and carrier bearings plus a crush sleeve, pinion and carrier shims, a pinion seal, ring gear bolts and cover gasket/silicone – the complete bill of material for setting up a ring and pinion.

It is the kit to grab when re-gearing a JK Rubicon's rear axle. With your new gears selected, this kit supplies the bearings and shims to dial in pinion depth, backlash and preload for years of quiet running.
