This Revolution Gear and Axle ring and pinion set is a 4.56 ratio rear gear for the 220MM Dana 44 in 2018-26 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT, plus the 2021-26 Ford Bronco. It is a clean re-gear for trucks moving up to 35-inch tires.

The gears use a 2-Cut face hobbed process and lapping, the same method used on OE gear sets, for quiet running and strong load capacity. A 28-spline pinion and 8.66 inch ring gear fit the factory M220 housing, with a 3.07-and-up carrier break.

A 4.56 ratio is a measured choice for JL, JT and Bronco owners who want crisper acceleration and better crawl on 35s while keeping cruising RPM in check. Match the same ratio on the M210 front to keep both axles working together.

This is a gear set only. It does not include bearings, an install kit, a carrier or a locker. Plan on the matching Revolution rear master install kit and have a qualified installer set pinion depth, backlash and preload to spec.
