This is the Revolution Gear & Axle master install kit for the front Dana 44 (210MM) axle in 2018–26 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT. It is the complete bearing and hardware kit you need when installing a new ring and pinion or overhauling the front differential.

The kit is built around Timken bearings and includes carrier bearings, pinion bearings, a crush sleeve, carrier shims, pinion shims, a pinion seal, cover gasket/silicone, and ring gear bolts – the full set of consumables for a correct differential setup.

It is aimed at anyone regearing or rebuilding the JL/JT front Dana 44, whether you are changing ratios to match bigger tires or refreshing worn bearings. Using a complete master kit, rather than reusing old bearings, is what makes a regear quiet and long-lasting.

Note this is an install kit only: the ring and pinion gears are sold separately, and axle seals are not included in this kit. Differential setup is precision work, so plan on a proper pattern and preload check during installation.
